All customers are responsible for understanding their receipt. If you have any questions about anything on the ticket, do ask before leaving us your items. Once we are left with your garments you may still be charged if we have serviced your item in any way.

Swift Dry Clean reserves the right to change prices at any time and is not responsible for errors on the website related to pricing. Do understand prices on site and in store are “prices from”, meaning they can be more than this depending on work involved.

At Swift Dry Clean, we follow instructions as per the garments label. In the absence of this, we will not be held liable for the result; all responsibility will rest with the customer. We aim to identify problems with garments in advance and inform you. But we will not take responsibility for weaknesses/defects that are not visible prior to cleaning. Sun fading and colour loss cannot be rectified and may even worsen with cleaning. Therefore, no responsibility is taken for these items before or after cleaning. We will try our best to remove all stains, but this is not always possible. If not told by our staff prior to cleaning, please allow enough time so as to allow a second clean if all stains are not removed first time round. In dry cleaning or laundering we do not take responsibility against colour loss, colour bleeding, shrinkage, or against damage to weak and tender fabrics.

All curtains are cleaned at the owner’s risk. The dry cleaning process can shrink curtains but only on the rare occasion does this occur. Any water damage on the curtains or nets is unlikely to come out dependant on the material and how old the stain is. Sun damage and worn cloths can cause curtains to shred in dry cleaning, due to the material being weak.

All items of this category are cleaned at the owner’s risk with/without a care label. They can have embroidery, netting, beading, sequins, unusual buttons etc. These items need special care and in most cases are cleaned singularly.

Any item that has owner’s risk applied to ticket; we take no responsibility whatsoever for this garment. “Owner’s risk applies” may automatically be added to your ticket against a particular garment. This may be due to age/stain/multi-colour/delicacy/beading/wear & tear/other reasons. Remember to always understand your ticket before leaving garments with us.
